Officials say two Paris Saint-Germain fans were stabbed after Wednesday's Champions League match in Barcelona.
Albert Batlle, director of Catalan regional police, said on Thursday the fans were stabbed after the final group stage match between Barcelona and the French team.
Batlle told reporters that two hooded men attacked one PSG fan late Wednesday - around midnight - in Barcelona's Avenida Madrid. The victim is recovering at Clinico hospital, and did not have life-threatening injuries.
Batlee said a second French fan was attacked in the vicinity of Camp Nou half an hour later. (Read: Messi Reaches New European Record)
Police did not rule out robbery as a possible motive in at least one case.
