Thierry Henry attends Barcelona training

Former Arsenal and Barcelona striker Thierry Henry watched the Catalan club's training session on Monday, on the eve of their Champions League semi-final second leg against Chelsea.

Sports daily Marca reported that the French superstar -- now turning out for the New York Red Bulls in Major League Soccer -- is in Barcelona to visit his former national team colleague Eric Abidal, who is recovering in hospital after undergoing a liver transplant on April 10.

Barcelona will be looking to overturn a 1-0 deficit from the first leg against the English club as they seek to reach next month's Champions League final in Munich.
