Sao Paulo:

Santo Andre held Palmeiras to a 1-1 draw in Group Four of the Copa Libertadores on Wednesday. Palmeiras, who were dominant for much of the game, looked to have secured victory against their fellow Brazilians when Pedrinho gave them the lead in the 75th minute. But Rafinha's deflected strike five minutes later ensured the points were shared. However, Palmeiras can console themselves with the fact that they still lead Group Four with five points from three games, with Santo Andre third on two points. Also in Group Four, Deportivo Tachira have three points from two games, Cerro Porteno two from two, and Santo Andre two from three. (AP)
