Roma coach Vincenzo Montella says his team must reverse their recent poor form at home to Juventus when the sides meet in Rome on Sunday.
They were beaten 3-1 last season and 4-1 the season before that while Roma have not beaten Juventus at home since the Old Lady of Turin returned to Serie A following their demotion for match-fixing in 2006.
And Montella wants his team to show the same attitude they had in the recent 2-0 win over Lazio in the Rome derby.
"We need to show the same fluidity, desire and determination that we had in the derby," he said.
"If we do that tomorrow then I don't perceive any problems. Like us, Juventus need points but it's been too many years that they've left here with many points and we want to reverse that trend.
"We need to win to keep on track for fourth place."
Sixth-placed Roma trail fourth-placed Udinese by six points while Juve are another five points behind that in seventh.
But Juve coach Luigi Delneri also believes his side can still hope for Champions League football next season even though there are only eight games left.
"It's our duty and we have the motivation to do well. There are always important objectives to chase in the league," he said.
"If we beat Roma then we could move two points behind them and then we would be back in Champions League contention."
