Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar was diagnosed on Thursday with a groin strain having had to come off at half-time in his team's 1-1 draw at Atalanta on Wednesday night.

Tests confirmed the injury, a repeat of a previous problem, and Italian media claim he will now miss Saturday's crunch clash against traditional rivals Juventus.
