Rosicky, who is crucial to Czech hopes as he is their creative force, said during Friday's pre-match press conference that his calf problem has been improving but a decision would have to be left until the day of the game.
The Arsenal star, one of the few remaining players still in the team from the flair-filled one that reached the Euro 2004 semi-finals, was unable to come back out for the second-half of Tuesday's 2-1 win over Greece.
Victory for the Czechs would see them go through although a draw would suffice if table-toppers Russia avoid defeat against Greece.
