Rio de Janeiro:
Ukrainian football club Shakhtar Donetsk has reportedly rejected a 33 million euro bid from Chelsea for Brazilian winger Willian.
The value exceeds the 32 million euros Chelsea is understood to have offered Brazilian club Internacional for Willian's compatriot Oscar this week, Xinhua reports.
"I told Willian he can leave, but only if the right offer is made. He's a great player," Shakhtar Donetsk coach Mircea Lucescu told Romanian TV channel Dolce Sport.
"Willian was the biggest investment Shakhtar have made in a young player, we have to respect that. He played only seven or eight games in Brazil."
Willian, 23, has been used both as an attacking midfielder and winger during his five seasons with the Ukrainian club.
