London:
Morocco international Adel Taarabt is joining Fulham on a season-long loan deal from Queens Park Rangers.
The move reunites Taarabt with Fulham manager Martin Jol, who signed the midfielder for Tottenham from French side Lens in 2007.
Taarabt, who made over 150 appearances for QPR, signed a new deal last summer but expressed his desire to remain in the Premier League when the club was relegated at the end of the season.
The 24-year-old says it was "a difficult decision for me, but at this stage of my career I feel I need to be playing at the top level."
Taarabt joined QPR on loan in March 2009, and made the move permanent the following year.
