Vipraj Nigam backs away a fair bit and tries to open the bat face and just dab it late past the keeper but gets more of an outside edge on it. The ball goes quickly to the right of the keeper as Butler springs across and manages to clutch it with the webbing between the index finger and the thumb. Short on off, Sai Sudharsan rocks back and looks to pull this one over deep mid-wicket but doesn't really get the elevation to clear Tristan Stubbs in the deep. Sai hits it flat and hard, and Stubbs takes a really good catch, crouching low with his feet bent, because that ball was travelling. 74/2

Shubman Gill takes a couple of steps ahead and nudges it down towards mid-wicket before setting up for the single. Sudharsan responds quickly as well but tries sending Gill back quickly too. Nair picks up the ball, takes a second and gets the direct hit at the batter's end as Gill tries to scamper back, but he is out by miles. DC with a huge wicket early on! 14/1

CAUGHT! Mukesh Kumar looks to get the yorker in, around off but it comes out as a thigh-high full toss, on off, Sherfane Rutherford looks to go down the ground but ends up getting it high on the bat. It goes only as far as long off where Mitchell Starc runs in a few steps and completes a safe catch.
