New Delhi:
Justice Albie Sachs, the arbitrator hearing the dispute between the BCCI and ICC over a ban on Sourav Ganguly, is likely to announce his decision on Thursday.
Ganguly has been banned for six one-day matches for a slow over rate.
If the ban is overturned, he will be able to join the Indian team in Sri Lanka for the tri-series that begins on July 30.
Ganguly has already been named as the 16th member in the squad, and is expected to return to India on Thursday after completing his county stint with Glamorgan.
