Bangalore:
"Moderate to rather heavy rain is forecast for the next 48 hours. It may rain in the region of three cms to five cms", Bangalore Meteorological Centre Director, Dr. A Muthuchami said on Saturday.
It rained on Saturday afternoon, forcing the pitch to be convered.
Both teams arrived here late last night. Their scheduled practice this afternoon at the Stadium for the day-night encounter, appears doubtful given the wet outfield.
"That may force them to train indoors", a team official said.
India lead the seven match series 3-0.
