The Black Caps are 64 runs ahead with a session and a day to play to square the three-Test series after gaining a slender ten-run lead by dismissing Pakistan for 393.

After gaining a slender lead, New Zealand started their second innings positively with Brendon McCullum looking in fine touch. But his wicket opened the gate for Pakistan and their spinners just took the advantage by pegging New Zealand back with some quick wickets.
