This is West Indies' highest successful chase in ODIs. They get home in a chase of 352 with five wickets in hand and 10 balls to spare. This is also the Caribbean team's first win against India in the format since 2023.

Shai Hope hits the winning runs! West Indies register a five-wicket victory over the Shubman Gill-led side. Hope carries his bat on 162 not out. This is a brilliant knock from the right-handed batter.

With this loss, India still seal the series 2-1.

IND 351/7 (50)
WI 352/5 (48.2)

There is the 150 for Shai Hope! What a brilliant knock from the ODI star! He reaches the mark in 139 balls. West Indies were falling behind in the chase, but Hope's sensational knock kept them alive in the hunt and has eventually put them on the brink of victory.

What a shot from Gudakesh Motie! There was no short third, and the batter manufactured a brilliant shot to earn a boundary through that region. Gurnoor Brar bowls a fuller delivery around leg stump but Motie opens the face of his bat to earn the boundary. Brar goes expensive this time and ends up leaking 15 runs. West Indies need 29 runs off 18 balls.

WI 323-5 (47)

Twelve runs come off this over from Kuldeep Yadav. Shai Hope slams the spinner for a six and a four. He has changed gears now. West Indies need 44 runs off 24 balls.

WI 308-5 (46)

Just three runs come off this over from Gurnoor Brar! India have made a brilliant comeback here. West Indies need 56 runs off 30 balls. The asking rate is 11.20. They need at least one boundary every over now. The onus is truly on the set batter, Shai Hope.

WI 296-5 (45)

FOUR and OUT! Matthew Forde loses his wicket to Kuldeep Yadav after slamming the spinner for four. He finds the fielder at deep mid-wicket this time. This match is going down to the wire. West Indies need 62 runs off 39 balls.

Matthew Forde c Naman Dhir b Kuldeep Yadav 7(12) [4s-1]

WI 290-5 (43.3)

Shai Hope finds a boundary after a long time. Anshul Kamboj bowls it in the slot, and the set West Indies batter slams it down the ground for four. Windies need 73 runs off 49 balls.

WI 279-4 (41.5)

OUT! Gurnoor Brar is back in action with a bang! He provides India with a crucial breakthrough. The pacer bowls it short, and Paul pulls it but fails to clear the boundary rope. He gets caught by Nitish Kumar Reddy at deep square leg.

Keemo Paul c Nitish Reddy b Gurnoor Brar 44(35) [4s-5]

WI 271-4 (40.1)

FOUR! Nice work from Keemo Paul. And that helps West Indies earn a boundary after 14 balls. Keemo jumps down the track, and Mohammed Siraj sprays a fuller delivery on his pads. The batter flicks it to the left of short fine leg for a boundary.

WI 259-3 (38.1)

They have not been able to get a breakthrough, but India have definitely bowled some good overs to bring West Indies' run rate down. The chasing side needs 97 runs off 72 balls. The asking rate is above eight now.

WI 255-3 (38)

A boundary for West Indies! Kuldeep Yadav bowls it on the line of the stumps, and Keemo Paul plays a reverse sweep for four. Windies are going well in this chase. They need 110 runs off 86 balls.

WI 242-3 (35.4)

Hundred for Shai Hope! We saw a brilliant knock from KL Rahul in the first innings, and here we are witnessing another batting masterclass from Hope. He gets to the mark in 104 balls.

West Indies need 124 runs in 96 balls at the end of the 34th over.

WI 228-3 (34)

Shai Hope is batting on 98. Meanwhile, West Indies need 130 runs off 108 balls. India need to get the wicket of Hope to make a comeback in this game, or it will soon be over for them.

WI 222-3 (32)

OUT! Naman Dhir provides India with a crucial breakthrough! That is also his first international wicket. Sherfane Rutherford edges the ball to the wicketkeeper, and the umpire raises his finger after a loud appeal. Rutherford sends it upstairs but fails to overturn the decision. His bat also brushes his pad as the ball goes past it, but the TV umpire sticks with the on-field decision. Rutherford is clearly unhappy with the decision and argues with the umpire, but in vain.

Sherfane Rutherford c Rahul b Naman Dhir 24(25) [4s-2]

WI 206-3 (30)

West Indies cross the 200-run mark! Shai Hope and Sherfane Rutherford have put the side firmly in command. They have stitched together 53 runs off 50 balls so far. Meanwhile, Hope is only eight runs away from his century.

WI 203-2 (29)

Nitish Kumar Reddy bowls it outside off, and Sherfane Rutherford tries to go for a drive with his bat well away from his body. The southpaw gets an inside edge, but luckily for him, it misses the stumps and runs away for four through fine leg.

WI 191-2 (26.4)

Gurnoor Brar looked in pain, and he eventually walked off the field. Nitish Kumar Reddy completed his over. The all-rounder conceded four runs off five balls.

WI 177-2 (25)

Gurnoor Brar is having some trouble, it seems. He is down on the ground. The physio is currently having a look, and we have a short delay in the game.

WI 173-2 (24.1)

KL Rahul has claimed the catch. The umpire wants to have a look at it. Gurnoor Brar bowls a short ball, and Shai Hope gets a glove on it while trying to play it on the leg side. Oh, no! Replays show that the ball actually bounced before Rahul could grab it. 'Not out' is the decision.

WI 168-2 (22.5)

OUT! Amir Jangoo has been run out! Shai Hope plays Naman Dhir's delivery towards the leg side, and Virat Kohli misfields. The ball is still within his reach, but the Windies batters try to steal a single. They get into a mix-up as Kohli quickly recovers the ball and throws it to the non-striker's end. Dhir collects the ball and removes the bails before Jangoo can make it back.

Amir Jangoo run out (Virat Kohli/Naman Dhir) 67(56) [4s-5 6s-1]

WI 150-2 (20.4)

Amir Jangoo and Shai Hope have put West Indies firmly in control. The duo has added 103 runs for the second wicket so far. India badly need a breakthrough to make a comeback in the game.

WI 144-1 (19)

Amir Jangoo ends the 17th over with a single that takes him to his half-century against India. What a series the southpaw is having! He started it with 58 not out, then scored 114, and now brings up yet another fifty.

WI 124-1 (17)

Shai Hope slams his half-century in 46 balls! He reaches the mark on the fifth ball of the over. The right-handed batter has been promoted to No. 2, and he is making the most of the opportunity.

Right after Hope's fifty, Virat Kohli drops Amir Jangoo at point on the final delivery of the over.

WI 106-1 (15)

Amir Jangoo takes a couple of runs, and that helps West Indies reach the 100-run mark. This has been a really good start for the chasing side. Their scoring rate is slightly over seven, and the asking rate is also almost the same.

WI 100-1 (14.1)

Kuldeep Yadav comes on for the first over of spin in the innings. He concedes four runs. Shai Hope is batting on 42, while Amir Jangoo is 26 not out.

WI 85-1 (12)

Shai Hope survives a close scare! On the fifth ball of the over, Amir Jangoo taps the ball towards cover and tries to take a quick single. Had the throw from Ruturaj Gaikwad found the stumps, Shai Hope would have been run out.

WI 78-1 (10)

Good shot from Shai Hope! He continues to lead West Indies' charge. Mohammed Siraj bowls it full on the pads of the right-handed batter, who flicks it through square leg for a boundary.

WI 67-1 (8.1)

A throw from Gurnoor Brar while attempting a run-out nearly hit Mohammed Siraj on the head. The pacer was down on the ground when Brar took aim at the stumps. Luckily, the ball went just over Siraj's head. It soon turned into a hilarious moment as Siraj was left shocked, while Rohit Sharma laughed over the incident.

WI 54-1 (7)

OUT! Mohammed Siraj provides India with a crucial breakthrough as the West Indies openers had started really well in the chase. John Campbell swings across the line and ends up losing his wicket. The ball crashes into his off stump.

John Campbell b Mohammed Siraj 10(7) [4s-2]

WI 41-1 (4.1)

Gurnoor Brar drops a catch off the first legal delivery of the over to hand John Campbell a life. The Indian player then misfields to gift Shai Hope a boundary. Despite bowling well in the over, Anshul Kamboj ends up conceding eight runs.

WI 41-0 (4)

Anshul Kamboj leaks 15 runs in his first over. Shai Hope hits the pacer for two fours, while John Campbell gets a four through byes. This is turning out to be a really good start for West Indies.

WI 25-0 (2)

John Campbell hits two boundaries in the first over bowled by Mohammed Siraj. He drives the ball down the ground for the first four and then chips it over an off-side fielder to earn another boundary.

WI 10-0 (1)

Mohammed Siraj begins with a fuller ball to John Campbell around middle and leg. The southpaw plays it towards the fielder. West Indies begin their chase of 352 here in Mullanpur.

That is an outstanding finish from KL Rahul. He smashes Keemo Paul all over the park for two sixes and one four in the final over to take India past the 350-run mark. He ends up scoring 129 not out off just 87 balls. India have got a big total on the board.

IND 351-7 (50)

KL Rahul slams his century in just 80 balls! He gets there with a SIX over fine leg. The batter hits another maximum off Jayden Seales in the 49th over as India collect 17 runs from it overall. They still have six balls remaining.

IND 329-7 (49)

Well, well, well! This is some shot from KL Rahul! Alzarri Joseph pitches it up, and the Indian batter picks the bones out of it. The ball sails over deep mid-wicket for a massive six, 84 metres to be precise.

IND 312-7 (48)

Seven runs come off this over from Jayden Seales. KL Rahul keeps India hopeful of a big total as the side still has 18 balls remaining in the innings. Rahul is batting on 84 off 72 balls.

IND 301-7 (47)

OUT! Anshul Kamboj has been run out! It is an anti-climax to such an entertaining cameo from Anshul Kamboj. KL Rahul taps the ball onto the pitch and tries to steal a single, but Kamboj fails to make it to the other end in time.

Anshul Kamboj run out (Alzarri Joseph) 17(9) [6s-2]

IND 290-7 (45.4)

Anshul Kamboj shows off his batting prowess in the over and slams Gudakesh Motie for two big sixes in the 44th over. Jayden Seales bowls the following over and concedes only five runs. India have 30 balls remaining in the innings. They should aim for a total of over 320 at least.

IND 286-6 (45)

Oh, no! West Indies drop yet another catch. Gudakesh Motie is the culprit this time. KL Rahul slams the ball back towards the bowler, who fails to get a hand to it. How costly is this going to be for West Indies?

IND 275-6 (43.5)

KL Rahul is playing his role to perfection. He is finding boundaries without taking risks. The right-handed batter first beats short third to earn a four and then drives Keemo Paul to the right of mid-off for his second boundary. Eleven runs come off the over.

IND 266-6 (43)

OUT! Poor shot from Nitish Reddy, and he loses his wicket here. Keemo Paul bowls it on a good length outside off. Nitish tries to play a drive on the rise and pays the price for it. He ends up edging the ball, and it carries to the wicketkeeper.

Nitish Kumar Reddy c Shai Hope b Keemo Paul 9(16)

IND 250-6 (41)

The scoring rate has slowed down a bit as India have managed only 21 runs in the last two overs. KL Rahul and Nitish Kumar Reddy are playing cautiously, as another wicket will expose the tail for West Indies. This partnership will play a huge role in deciding India's total in this game.

 IND 246-5 (40)

FIFTY for the classy KL Rahul! He takes a single to get to his half-century! The batter looked set from the word go and reaches the mark in just 41 balls. India are 233/5 in 37.2 overs against West Indies.

OUT! Naman Dhir departs after a really good start! He is livid with himself. The batter tries to go inside out against left-arm orthodox spinner Gudakesh Motie, but finds the fielder at extra cover.

Naman Dhir c Jewel Andrew b Gudakesh Motie 30(21) [4s-3 6s-2]

IND 225-5 (36)

34 overs done, and India have crossed the 200-run mark. KL Rahul is batting on 38 off 29, while Naman Dhir is on 16 off 14. The duo has added 47 runs off 31 balls so far. This is turning out to be a really good partnership for India.

IND 207-4 (34)

KL Rahul is lucky this time! He goes for a pull shot as Jayden Seales pitches it short. The ball takes the edge of Rahul's bat and narrowly misses the wicketkeeper before running away to the fence.

IND 189-4 (32.1)

FOUR! This is a beautiful and classy shot from Naman Dhir. What a way to get your first boundary in international cricket. Jayden Seales pitched it up, and Dhir drives it down the ground for four. Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill clap in the dugout in praise of the shot.

IND 176-4(30.5)

OUT! Ruturaj Gaikwad is GONE! Jayden Seales gets some extra bounce on this delivery, which hits the shoulder of Gaikwad's bat. The ball lobs towards the backward point fielder, who takes an easy catch.

Ruturaj Gaikwad c John Campbell b Jayden Seales 57(69) [4s-1 6s-4]

IND 160-4 (28.5)

Ruturaj Gaikwad slams a half-century in 64 balls! The right-handed batter was dropped multiple times, and he has cashed in on it. It's now time for him to take the innings deep. India are 151/3 in 27 overs against West Indies.

OUT! Rohit Sharma throws away his wicket this time! Keemo Paul bowls a back-of-a-length delivery outside off, and Rohit tries to pull it away. He ends up edging it in the air, and West Indies take the catch this time. Rohit misses his century by just eight runs.

Rohit Sharma c Jewel Andrew b Keemo Paul 92(85)

IND 141-3 (24.4)

22.3 - Wow! That is a beautiful cut shot from Rohit Sharma. Keemo Paul gives a bit of width outside off, and Rohit cuts it powerfully through point for four. He has been bossing the game since scoring his half-century. With this shot, Rohit moves to 82.

Another expensive over from Vitel Lawes. He gets hit for 18 runs this time. Rohit Sharma slams a maximum, while Ruturaj Gaikwad hits a six and a four. Rohit has clearly put his foot on the accelerator.

IND 120-2 (21)

Vitel Lawes bowls the 19th over and ends up leaking 13 runs in it. Rohit Sharma slams the spinner for two fours, while Ruturaj Gaikwad also hits a boundary. Gudakesh Motie then bowls a seven-run over, and he too gets smashed for a four by Rohit. India have gone past the 100-run mark.

IND 102-2 (20)

There is the half-century for Rohit Sharma! The fire is still there, the hunger is still there! This is yet another well-composed half-century from Rohit. He reaches the milestone in 58 balls this time.

IND 82/2 (18)

6, 4 - Stunning batting from Rohit Sharma! This is what his experience brings to the table. Alzarri Joseph bowls a good-length ball around Rohit's hips, and the India veteran pulls it over deep backward square leg for a six. The batter then punches the ball through the covers for another boundary.

IND 69-2 (16.1)

Rohit Sharma and Ruturaj Gaikwad have been rotating the strike really well. Their partnership is also growing steadily. West Indies need a breakthrough to get back in control.

IND 63-2 (16)

Nine runs come off this over by Keemo Paul. Meanwhile, India cross the 50-run mark in the over. The pair of Rohit Sharma and Ruturaj Gaikwad has put India back control after the side was reduced to 4/2.

IND 55-2 (14)

Another catch dropped by West Indies! And they give yet another life to Ruturaj Gaikwad! This should have been an easy one, but Lawes makes a mess of it at fine leg. To add insult to injury, the ball deflects off his hands and goes over the ropes for a six.

IND 46-2 (12.5)

Flicked off the pads and Rohit sends this over the ropes for a six. First maximum of the match. Too full from Paul, and Rohit hits this over backward square leg.

IND: 38/2 (12)

Hope has put down a sitter! It trickled down the leg side, and it was a straightforward catch for the wicketkeeper. However, Hope somehow spills it, and Gaikwad gets a massive lifeline.

IND: 28/2 (10.1)

Struck on the pads, and the umpire raises his finger after a moment's hesitation. Rohit opts for the DRS after a chat with Gaikwad, who looked convinced it was sliding down the leg side. He's proven right by the review. Luck continues to favour Rohit!

IND: 23/2 (8.4)

Full and inviting outside off, and Rohit creams it through the covers for four! Pure vintage Rohit Sharma.

IND: 18/2 (5.5)

Big shout for an LBW! The umpire shakes his head. West Indies look confident, and Shai Hope opts for the review. This one jagged back sharply, but it always looked a touch high. The replays confirm the ball struck Rohit high on the back pad, and that saves him. West Indies lose a review!

IND: 9/2 (4.4)

First-ball duck for Kohli! This one comes back in sharply to flatten the middle stump. Kohli is stunned as if he has seen a ghost. Stunned silence at the ground, India rocked early.

Virat Kohli b Seales 0 (1)

IND: 3/2 (2.4)

A soft dismissal! A tickle down the leg side and West Indies have their early breakthrough. Gill follows up his double century in the previous match with just one run here. He walks back for a solitary run.

Shubman Gill c Hope b Seales 1 (6)

IND: 3/1 (2.3)

End of the first over! Just two runs come from it. A cautious start from Rohit Sharma. Shubman Gill will take strike for the next over.

IND: 2/0 (1)

Rohit Sharma faces the first ball from Jayden Seales! It's back of a length, and Rohit guides it towards the off side. No run.

IND: 0/0 (0.1)

India defeated Pakistan by 19 runs in Nisshin to clinch their second consecutive gold medal in the Asian Games men's cricket event. West Indies eye redemption in the series finale, but they have lost 12 of the last 13 ODIs. There two highest ODI totals - 405 and 389 - have both come in defeat.

Virat Kohli is tied with Sachin Tendulkar on 59 List A centuries and is just one hundred away from surpassing the batting great for the most international centuries at home.
