Brown named Zimbabwe coach

Harare:
Former Zimbabwe captain Robin Brown was handed the task of guiding the beleaugered national side in next month's Twenty20 world championships after he replaced Kevin Curran as coach.

In a statement on its website, Zimbabwe Cricket said that the 56-year-old Brown would formally take charge at the end of the month.
