Telangana Chief Minister Felicitates Ace Shuttler PV Sindhu
The Telangana chief minister hailed the 19-year-old's success at the World Badminton Championship and said the government would support PV Sindhu in her future endeavours.

Hyderabad:
Ace shuttler PV Sindhu, who won a bronze medal in the just-concluded World Badminton Championship, was on Friday felicitated by Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.
According to an official release, Rao hailed the 19-year-old's success at the global event and said the government would support Sindhu in her future endeavours.

The chief minister on Thursday presented Rs 1 crore to tennis star Sania Mirza, the brand ambassador of Telangana, who a few days ago won the mixed doubles event at the US Open.
Rao has directed officials to provide Rs 3 lakh each to sportspersons who would participate in international competitions, the release added.
