Jimmy Anderson showed why he is missed dearly by his team and India suffered. They will look to take this momentum to Hobart where they take on arch rivals Australia on Friday, the 23rd.

India might say that they were looking beyond this series but the batsmen need to do more than just throw their bats around. Even with the ball, apart from Binny no one looked like even interested in picking up a wicket or attempting to do so. India will hope that they forget this day and come out stronger on the 26th, when they meet Australia at the SCG for the second leg of the series.
