Somdev jumps to 79, Sania drops to 88 in rankings
Indian tennis ace Somdev Devvarman gained five places to be placed at 79th position in while out of action Sania Mirza dropped two places to be on 88 in the singles in the latest tennis ranking lists, issued on Monday.

Indian tennis ace Somdev Devvarman gained five places to be placed at 79th position in while out of action Sania Mirza dropped two places to be on 88 in the singles in the latest tennis ranking lists, issued on Monday.
In the ATP doubles chart, there was no change in the rankings of Mahesh Bhupathi (7) and Leander Paes (8), even Rohan Bopanna remained static at the number 16th spot.
In the teams ranking, Bhupathi and Paes, who have already qualified for the year-end season finale, were at number four.
The Indo-Pak Express of Bopanna and Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi were at number seven.
In the WTA list, Sania's doubles rankings was unchanged at 11th, while along with her Russian partner Elena Vesnina she remained at number six.
