Rafael Nadal Overcomes Grigor Dimitrov Test to Make Madrid Open Semis

Defending champion Rafael Nadal reached the semi-finals of the Madrid Open for the third consecutive year with a 6-3, 6-4 win over Bulgaria's Grigor Dimitrov on Friday.
Nadal has failed to find his form of years gone by on the clay in recent weeks, but produced some of his best tennis of the season to secure victory in just under two hours.
The 14-time Grand Slam champion will face Tomas Berdych or John Isner in the last four on Saturday.
