Melzer skips Dubai to focus on Davis Cup
Austrian number one Jurgen Melzer will skip the ATP Dubai tournament next week to focus on his country's preparations for their Davis Cup tie against France, his manager Ronnie Leitgeb said on Friday.

Austrian number one Jurgen Melzer will skip the ATP Dubai tournament next week to focus on his country's preparations for their Davis Cup tie against France, his manager Ronnie Leitgeb said on Friday.
World number ten Melzer, 29, will train next week in Vienna ahead of the World Group first round tie which will be hosted by the city on March 4-6.
Austria have never beaten France, last year's runners-up, in seven previous meetings.
