Second seed Maria Sharapova routed Gisela Dulko of Argentina 6-2, 6-0 in the second round of the WTA/ATP Indian Wells tournament on Saturday.
The former Indian Wells champ advanced to the third round, where she will face qualifier Simona Halep of Romania who ousted 28th seeded Czech Petra Cetkovska 6-2, 6-4.
