Leander Paes, Martina Hingis Present Australian Open Winning Racquets to Prime Minister Narendra Modi
India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi described the meeting with the Indo-Swiss pair of Leander Paes and Marina Hingis as wonderful before posting a picture of the autographed racquets he received from the players.

Multiple time Grand Slam champions Leander Paes and Martina Hingis met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday and presented him personally signed racquets with which they won the 2015 Australian Open mixed doubles title.
Modi described the meeting with the Indo-Swiss pair as wonderful before posting a picture of the autographed racquets he received from the players.
"Kind of you @mhingis & @Leander to present autographed racquets with which you played Aus Open Mixed Doubles Finals," Modi wrote on Twitter.
Paes, who won his 15th Grand Slam title in Melbourne, said it was an honour meeting the Prime Minister.
"Great honour to meet you Sir,Shri @narendramodi I will continue to work to make our country proud. Your support means the world to me," tweeted Paes, who also offered unconditional support to Modi by writing the same on his racquet.
Paes and Hingis paired up to win the mixed doubles at Melbourne Park in February. It was also the 15th Grand Slam title for Hingis, who has also won five major singles crowns.
