Third seeds Bhupathi and Mirnyi beat Czech Frantisek Cermak and Slovakia's Michal Mertinak 6-3 6-7(6) 10-6 in the quarter-finals.
Fourth seeds Bopanna and Qureshi recorded a 7-6(6) 4-6 14-12 win over Pablo Cuevas Uruguay and Argentine Juan Monaco in the opening round of the euro 1,357,000 hard court event.
Bhupathi and Mirnyi will next face top seeds Lukasz Kubot of Poland and Oliver Marach of Austria.
Bopanna and Qureshi will take on Spaniards Marc Lopez and David Marrero in the second round.
