Mum's the Word for Sepp Blatter
FIFA president Sepp Blatter refrained from making any comment on the corruption claims that Qatar had bribed football's international body for the rights to host the 2022 World Cup. At the FIFA Congress in Sao Paulo ahead of the 2014 World Cup, Blatter ensured he avoided controversy by not mentioning anything relating to the matter in his speech. His non-confrontational approach has got him a lot of flak from other members as voices grow for Blatter to stand down as head of FIFA.
