Another mix-up, and Raghuvanshi is gone! It's another run-out and a clear lack of game awareness from the youngster. Rinku slashed this to backward point and took off but didn't commit to the run. He was ball-watching while Raghuvanshi was already halfway down the pitch. The throw was good to the non-striker's end, and Shivang did the rest. Rinku is not happy with Raghuvanshi and is letting his frustration be known!

Misfield from Dubey! He gifts a boundary to KKR, and Ishan Kishan is not happy-he hurls a mouthful at the veteran. Raghuvanshi slashed this late, sending the ball racing to deep point.

RUN OUT! Green has to walk back in what is a bizarre dismissal! It was a complete lack of game awareness from the Australian. On a fuller ball, Raghuvanshi drove it down the track. Malinga fumbled but managed to stop the ball; Green was already halfway down, and Malinga took off the bails. Raghuvanshi had started walking toward the boundary, thinking the ball had crossed, but it hadn't. It's Green who has to go!

Another couple for Muzarabani in the end! He finishes with 4/41. SRH finish on 226/8, thanks to Klaasen's half-century and quickfire knocks from Abhishek, Travis, and Reddy. There were a couple of wickets for Vaibhav as well.

Klaasen gets to his fifty in style! Back-to-back boundaries for the big man. Fifty off just 34 balls. SRH have crossed the 200-run mark-a decent total for the visitors!

What a shot! Vaibhav goes for the yorker but misses the length. Reddy clears his front leg and launches this over the bowler's head for a six. Nine off that over from Vaibhav-SRH won't mind that at all!

Finally, a big over for SRH! This might turn out to be a great partnership. They have already added 50, but the scoring rate hasn't been high enough-just over eight runs per over in the last six. Nonetheless, 13 came off that Narine over!

So, an interesting call from SRH to drop Harshal Patel. No Eshan Malinga in the Impact Sub list, which could mean Liam Livingstone getting a game for his new team.

Kolkata Knight Riders captain Ajinkya Rahane has won the toss and the hosts will bowl first against Sunrisers Hyderabad at Eden Gardens. KKR remain unchanged. SRH make one change as left-arm wristspinner Shivang Kumar comes in.

SRH stand-in captain Ishan Kishan was seen in an intense chat with Nitish Kumar Reddy ahead of the toss. Reddy had a poor outing with both bat and ball in the clash against RCB and will look to bounce back today.

Varun Chakravarthy has lost his rhythm since he was taken to cleaners by South Africa in the T20 World Cup in February as he looked ordinary in a wicketless spell against Mumbai Indians. Sunil Narine too has not found his usual sting as the duo were taken apart at the Wankhede Stadium.

With KKR also dealing with a thin pace attack -- Harshit Rana and Akash Deep ruled out and Matheesha Pathirana still awaiting fitness clearance -- much will again depend on their spin pair as they return home.

Sunrisers Hyderabad head coach Daniel Vettori has played down Kolkata Knight Riders' poor start with the ball, saying experienced spinners Sunil Narine and Varun Chakravarthy remain a major threat and the "battle" against them will be crucial in the game tonight.

"In terms of KKR's spin bowlers, I think there's an immense amount of respect around those two and what they've done for the franchise, what they've done for their country, so in no way will we be taking them lightly, even if they didn't have their best day in the last game," Vettori said on the eve of the game.

Ajinkya Rahane is all set to play his 200th IPL game, becoming the 11th player to achieve that mark in the tournament. MS Dhoni leads the pack with 278 appearances, followed by Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli with 273 and 268 caps, respectively.

In the most critical volume metrics, Kishan isn't just leading the pack - he is in a league of his own.

SRH will miss England all-rounder Brydon Carse, who is recovering from a hand injury. The player also missed the previous campaign due to injury. With Pat Cummins already out for the initial phase, Carse's availability would have worked wonders for the side.

Both KKR and SRH have been high-scoring teams over the past few seasons. However, both have been following different ways to win. Since IPL 2013, KKR has been the best chasing team, while SRH has been one of the top three teams when defending totals.

Cameron Green enjoys batting against SRH. He has faced them three times-twice with Mumbai Indians and once with RCB-and he is yet to be dismissed. His scores read 64*, 100* (both for MI), and 37* (RCB).

KKR have recently dominated their meetings over SRH, winning four of the last five encounters. During their title-winning season in 2024, KKR won all three of their encounters, including the final. 4 times, KKR had done a clean sweep against SRH in the IPL.

Both KKR and SRH suffered a six-wicket defeat in their respective campaign openers in IPL 2026. The Ajinkya Rahane-led side lost to MI, while Ishan Kishan and Co. were outplayed by RCB.
