The film's influence is not confined just to claps and whistles inside cinema halls but has surged into classrooms of B Schools.

The students at SP Jain Institute of Management and research in Mumbai are vey serious when it comes to the film because believe it or not, its a part of their business administration programme.

The story of Kabir Khan, a hockey coach who mentors a bunch of feisty girls into lean mean single unit caught the fancy of Dr M L Shrikant, the dean of the institute.

Motivated by the film, he promptly converted it into a case study for his students to teach them the management concept of "Transformational leadership".

Coach Kabir Khan has become India latest management guru. His style of team management is inspiring a whole new generation of India's managers.
