As per reports, the two were spotted getting cozy and sharing a kiss after an intimate dinner in London last ÂÂSunday.
This comes just days after McIlroy split from Holly Sweeney, his girlfriend of 6 years.
McIlroy, 22, is reported to have hooked up with Wozniacki, 21, on the final day of the British Open.
McIlroy had met the Dane at the world heavyweight ÂÂboxing bout ÂÂbetween David Haye and Wladimir Klitschko in Germany on July 2.
At the time Wozniacki posted on Twitter: "Fantastic fight! Also met Rory McIlroy, who was sitting just behind me :) Really down to earth great guy :)"
The golfer's management had confirmed his split from Sweeney just before the British Open at Sandwich.
The statement had said the break-up was "amicable" but Sweeney, has acknowledged that he dumped her.
