Players assemble for PGA tour in Florida
The best golfers in the world are assembled in Ponte Vedra, Florida to face the first major test of the year at PGA tour's The Players Championship.

PGA tour's The Players Championship kicks off today in Ponte Vedra, Florida. And some of the biggest names in golfing world have descended here to participate in the tournament.
The Players Championship has its strongest-ever field with 80 of the top 100 in the world present.
Twelve different players have won the 12 PGA tournaments this year, leaving no clear-cut favourite for The Players Championship.
And with US Masters just around the corner, the tournament provides the players an opportunity to figure out where they stand. (AP)
