Gaurav Ghei has won the Pine Valley Beijing Open.

The 10th ranked Asian won the tournament by three strokes with a four-day score of 14 under.

Ghei carded a 3 under in the final round to win his first tournament this year.

The 38-year old golfer held off a strong challenge from his Asian tour counterparts after being in a four-way tie for the lead after the third round.

This is Ghei's first victory after his win at the Mercuries Masters in 2006.

As for the rest of the Indian contingent, SSP Chowrasia finished tied for 29th while Amandeep John finished tied for 35th.
