Dougherty wins Singapore Masters by five shots

Englishman Nick Dougherty carded a final round of 67 to win the Singapore Masters by five shots on Sunday.

Englishman Nick Dougherty carded a final round of 67 to win the Singapore Masters by five shots at the Laguna Golf and Country Club on Sunday. Dougherty held off defending champion Colin Montgomerie and Dutchman Maarten Lafeber, who finished joint-second on 13 under par. Denmark's Thomas Bjorn was alone in fourth place, a further two shots back. (AP)
