Real Madrid beat Ludogorets 4-0 in the group stage to become the first team in Champions League history to win all their group stage games for the second time.

Defending champions Real Madrid became the first club in Champions League history to win all their group matches on two occasions after they recorded a 4-0 win over Bulgarian side Ludogorets on Tuesday. (Also read: Liverpool knocked out)
The 10-time champions previously achieved the feat in the 2011/12 season according to UEFA.
