Sousse:
A goal in each half from Youssef Mokhtari and late strikes from Youssef Hadji and Nabil Baha put Morocco into the final of the 2004 African Cup of Nations with a four-nil win over Mali in Sousse, Tunisia on Wednesday.
Mokhtari opened the scoring with a 16th minute free-kick and followed that with a curling left foot shot on the hour.
As Mali pushed forward, Hadji scored a breakaway goal to make sure of the result and substitute Baha made it four in stoppage time - Morocco will meet Tunisia in Saturday's final after the host nation put out Nigeria on penalties.
The last time Morocco and Mali met on the football field, the result was a one-nil win for the last hosts of the African Nations Cup. (AP)
