Jamaica and Panama finished 1-1 after a scoreless second half of a friendly at National Stadium on Monday.
Panama, which has a perfect record against the Reggae Boyz with three wins and five draws, caught the home side napping when Luis Garces fired home from close range in the third minute.
Jamaica equalized in the 45th through Sheffield United's Lunton Shelton, who volleyed in Lovel Palmer's header pass.
