Indonesia in Tiger Cup semis

A hat-trick by Ilhma Jaya Kesuma helped Indonesia book a spot in the semi-finals of the 2004 Tiger Cup by thrashing Cambodia 8-0.
Ilham Jaya Kesuma started the goal rush as he got past two defenders in the 5th minute and scored with a neat shot to make it 1-0.
Kesuma then turned provider. His cross from the left in the 30th minute found his strike partner Eli Aboy who made no mistake.
Great play
In the second half, Indonesia scored in six more goals. Ilham Kesuma scored his second in the 48th minute after some excellent short passing inside the box.
After Eli Aboy scored his second in the 54th minute, Indonesia soon made it 5-0 in the 56th minute. Kesuma completed his hat-trick as he scored from close range.
Substitute Kurniawan scored a brace as Indonesia led 7-0 midway into the second half.
Sealing the finish
They completed the tally as Kesuma provided a measured pass for captain Ortizan Salossa to knock in from inside the box. Indonesia led 8- at that stage.
However the star of the day Ilham Kesuma ruined his performance by getting himself sent-off for kicking out at his opponent.
Kesuma will now miss the semi-final match.
