Barcelona beat Real Sociedad 2-0

Goals in either half from Henrik Larsson and Samuel Eto'o gave Barcelona a 2-0 victory at Real Sociedad in the Spanish Primera Liga on Saturday. The win moves Barcelona 12 points clear at the top ahead of Valencia and Real Madrid- both of whom play on Sunday. Real Sociedad stay at 14th. Barcelona travelled to the Basque Country on Saturday to face Real Sociedad in the Spanish Primera Liga. With a nine-point lead over Valencia and Real Madrid before the game, the Catalans were looking to consolidate their position. (AP)
