Perth:
The Subiaco Oval in Perth was the venue for the Tsunami Relief fundraising match on Tuesday.
Both sides observed a moment of silence for victims of the latest earthquake to hit Indonesia on Monday.
Indonesia applied the early pressure and should have scored in the second minute when Ilham was put clean through on goal.
Aussie goalkeeper Zeljko Kalac denied the striker with a fine block though.
Opening the account
After several near misses, Australia finally opened their account in the 25th minute when a cross by Stan Lazaridis was headed home by Ante Milicic.
Indonesian keeper Hendro Kartiko kept the Socceroos at bay in a one-sided first half, and a save from Mile Sterjovski was the pick of the bunch.
The visitors showed glimpses of their talent, but were frustrated in their efforts by poor finishing.
Kurniawan Dwi Yulianto might have done better with a chance early in the second half.
There were no such problems for Milicic, who scored his second goal of the match after reacting first to a header from Tony Popovich.
Australia were 2-0 in the 57th minute.
Ahmed Elrich made a fine impression when he entered the fray.
He crossed for his fellow substitute David Zdrilic to smash home from close range in the 85th minute.
The team finished 3-0 to Australia, whose unbeaten run now extends to 11 matches. (AP)
