Arsenal has reportedly rejected a whopping 27 million pound offer from Barcelona for Cesc Fabregas.
According to reports in the Sun, Telegraph and the Guardian, the Spanish club was expected to renew and increase their offer but are not likely to go beyond the 35 million pound mark.
Barcelona president Sandro Rosell said coach Pep Guardiola had already assesed the buying viability of Fabregas and that the limit 'will not be breached.'
