Diego Maradona's rocky relationship with girlfriend Rocio Oliva took a nasty turn as a video of him allegedly assaulting her was released on the internet.
Argentina football legend Diego Maradona is in trouble again. This time, he has been filmed hitting his girlfriend Rocio Oliva. (Oliva Arrested in Dubai)
According to an El Mundo report, Oliva shot and published a video that shows the former footballing legend, with a drink in his hand, approaching her violently and hitting her twice as she screamed in protest.

Maradona's 'misadventures' after a glittering on-field career are well documented. Having lifted the football World Cup as Argentina skipper in 1986 and being considered one of the best to have played the sport, Maradona has suffered from several ills including cocaine addiction. He was even banned during the 1994 World Cup for failing a drug test. Maradona had also admitted that his drug addiction had stopped him from fulfilling his full potential.
