Ravindra Jadeja has his first wicket of the game as he tosses this one full and outside the off pole. Jermaine Blackwood decides to play a rash shot just before the break and pays the price. He looks to go over the mid off fielder but does not get the cleanest connection. The ball is looping to the right of Mohammed Siraj and seems to be going over him but he sticks his right hand out. He grabs hold of the ball and falls onto the ground but manages to keep his fingers clasped around the cherry. An absolute screamer by the pace bowler and India are right on top in this tie. Jadeja bowls this quick and touch fuller as well, Joshua Da Silva fails to read the length and goes back to cut it away and from close to his body as well, but only manages to get an outside edge behind where Ishan Kishan reacts sharply as the ball loops up off his gloves and he grabs it on the second attempt. This is a good trap set by the Indians as they decide to pepper Jason Holder with the short ball. He is unable to hold back on the temptation of playing the pull shot but is unable to connect cleanly. The ball goes high into the sky towards the fielder at deep square leg. Shardul Thakur is perfectly placed as he settles under the ball and takes a comfortable catch. West Indies lose their sixth wicket and India continues to pick up crucial wickets.  117/6

Ashwin bowls the carrom ball, on middle, full and on middle, turns away a bit, Alzarri Joseph goes for the big slog over mid-wicket but miscues it badly and the ball goes in the air towards backward point where Jaydev Unadkat settles under it to take a simple catch. Kemar Roach looks to defend but it seems to have hit his pad first, A massive appeal from the players around the bat but the umpire remains unmoved. Rohit Sharma decides to go upstairs for a review. This is a bit short, on middle, skids through, Jomel Warrican winds up again, but tries to block it in the end and gloves it onto his thigh pads as the ball loops up in front of short leg where Shubman Gill dives forward to take a terrific catch. 126 OUT! CAUGHT! Alzarri Joseph gets the breakthrough and Yashasvi Jaiswal's remarkable inning comes to an end! What a wonderful inning it has been by the youngster and the disappointment on his face shows that he is still not happy about getting out! This is bowled slightly back of a length and outside the off stump. Yashasvi Jaiswal throws his bat at this one and gets a faint edge through to the keeper. Joshua Da Silva grabs hold of the ball and goes up in celebration as the umpire raises his finger. Jaiswal walks back to the shed amidst loud applause from the crowd and his dressing room as India lose their third wicket. What a talent they have in their hands.  350/3

A huge appeal from West Indies but umpire is unmoved! Gill gets forward to block but gets an outside edge toward Alick Athanaze at the short gully, who takes a sharp catch. Gill short stay comes to an end as he walks back for just 6. 145.2 OUT! TAKEN! Rahkeem Cornwall strikes! West Indies finally gets the wicket of Virat Kohli after giving him a couple of lives earlier. This is short and around leg, turns in with a bit of bounce, Virat Kohli moves back to flick it away but does so straight into the hands of Alick Athanaze at leg slip who takes a very sharp catch. Kohli goes after a steady knock and India lose half their side now!  405/5

He bowls this on a good length and around off, lands on a puff of dust, and sticks to the surface, Ajinkya Rahane goes for the drive but is a bit early and does so uppishly straight into the hands of Jermaine Blackwood at covers who makes no mistake. Rahane has not taken his opportunity to justify his promotion to vice-captain as India are now four down!  356/4

His ploy to come 'round the wicket in this over has worked immediately and he squares up the West Indies captain. This is bowled slightly short and pitching on middle. The ball keeps his line and Kraigg Brathwaite is stuck in the crease unable to decide whether to go forward or stay back. Ends up poking his bat at the ball and gets an outside edge towards slip. Ajinkya Rahane takes a sharp catch and India have their second wicket. Both their spinners have one wicket each and have their tails up. Jaiswal takes a sharp catch inches away from the ground and celebrates as he gets redemption. Alick Athanaze looks really disappointed as he trods away really slowly back to the shed.
