Kolkata Knight Riders claimed the IPL 2024 title with a comprehensive victory over Sunrisers Hyderabad on Sunday but the summit clash was not without controversy.

Riyan Parag bowed out of IPL 2024 as third highest run-scorer of the tournament with 573 runs from 16 matches.

Shahbaz Ahmed added 18 runs with the bat and picked up a three-wicket haul while bowling in the middle overs.
