Forced to follow-on, the visitors once again failed to put up any resistance, as they got all out for a meagre 132 in 78.2 overs in their second innings to save Indian team from batting again.

Resuming on 83 for six in their second essay, South Africa still needed 83 runs to avoid an innings defeat, but the remaining four batters could play just 37.2 overs as their innings folded shortly after lunch. Overnight batters -- Trisha Chetty (35) and Chloe Tryon (30 not out) -- tried to hold on for a while and it took the hosts sometime before they could get the breakthrough.

The duo put on a stand of 53 runs together for the seventh wicket.

Chetty's dismissal triggered the collapse and the last three wickets fell with an addition of just 12 runs.

Harmanpreet, who claimed five for 44 in the first innings, finished with impressive figures of four for 41 in her second innings.

Jhulan Goswami (2/21) and Poonam Yadav (2/22) chipped in with two wickets each.
