Left arm seamer Ashish Nehra was today ruled out of action for one week after injuring his left hand during the second one-day international cricket match against Pakistan.
Nehra injured the webbing between the index and middle fingers in his bowling hand while fielding in Pakistan innings, according to BCCI Media Manager Amrit Mathur.
"He has been ruled out for one week," Mathur said.
Nehra, who cleared a fitness test for ankle injury before the start of today's match, is now likely to miss the remaining three matches on March 19, 21 and 24. (PTI)
