Sydney:
Allrounder Moises Henriques has been ruled out of Australia's first one-day international against the West Indies because of a finger injury.
Henriques underwent a minor surgical procedure on Saturday to alleviate swelling caused by infection in the finger. He will be sidelined for at least a week, definitely ruling him out of the first match at Perth on February 1 and leaving him in doubt for the second game two days later.
Henriques suffered the injury in an accident during practice for the fourth one-day international against Sri Lanka in Brisbane. He then aggravated the injury playing for New South Wales state side against Western Australia on Friday.
