West Indies skipper, Jason Holder says they wanted to bowl in the overcast conditions. Mentions they have one forced change, Shannon Gabriel is out injured and Miguel Cummins takes his place. Ends by saying it's a must-win game and hopefully there's a full game of cricket.

Afghanistan skipper, Asghar Stanikzai says that they will bat first. Feels that the conditions are going to be crucial as the ground is wet. Calls it a very important game. Informs that there are two changes, Samiullah Shenwari and Amir Hamza go out for Fareed Ahmad and Nasir Jamal.

Afghanistan on the other hand will know that things slipped out of their fingers in the first innings itself when they were bundled out for a low score. That they managed to fight was due to the threat of Rashid Khan. They will hope for a better batting performance which will allow their bowlers to dominate proceedings.
