Kumble sustains injury, rushed to hospital
Anil Kumble injured the little finger of his left hand while fielding and was rushed to hospital on the third day of the third Test against Australia.

Indian skipper Anil Kumble on Friday injured the little finger of his left hand while fielding and was rushed to hospital on the third day of the on-going third Test against Australia.
Kumble sustained the injury when he dived in an attempt to catch Matthew Hayden off Amit Mishra.
He was fielding at short mid-wicket in the 53rd over of the Australian innings but ended up suffering a half-inch deep cut on his little finger.
"Kumble has been rushed to Apollo hospital where he will be given stitches," according to team sources.
