New Delhi:
England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) security advisor Reg Dickason on Tuesday approved Mohali as the venue for the second Test between India and England, scheduled to be played from December 19.
Meanwhile, the England team arrived in Chennai on Monday night to kick-off their short tour of India with the first Test commencing on Thursday, but has been denied any practice at the Chepauk grounds so far due to constant drizzle.
The two-Test series was originally scheduled to be played in Ahmedabad and Mumbai, but was shifted to Chennai and Mohali for security reasons after the Mumbai terror attacks.
