New Delhi:

'Chak De' is the new anthem for cricket maniacs in Delhi, and since PVR cinemas decided to turn the Twenty20 India Pakistan face off into a giant carnival, it was a no holds barred massive mayhem all night long.

While the match was on, every wicket that fell to Pakistan made the entire cinema hall with the match on its giant screen go silent.

And then 'we are the champions', 'chak de' 'wooo hoooo.' And the party soon spilled over to the streets.

In minutes everything smelled of freshly fizzed beer, sweat, crackers and a city gone nuts. "We're going to party all night." Some have sworn to party all week.

And if you were out on the streets of the capital on Monday night, you probably would have seen a city gone completely wild and almost insane from India's Twenty20 win.
