17.4 OUT! IN THE AIR... TAKEN! This time it's Taskin Ahmed who gets the wicket, and now both the openers of Pakistan are in the hut. Ahmed bowls it on a good length once again, on the sixth stump line. Sahibzada Farhan plants his front foot toward the leg side to open up his hip as he looks to heave it across the line, but ends up getting a thick outside edge. The ball flies high toward the deep third region, where Tawhid Hridoy gets under the skier and pouches it safely into his hands. Pakistan are 121/2 now. 121/2

| Maaz Sadaqat | 75 | 46 | 6 | 5 | 163.04 |
13 OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! Mehidy Hasan Miraz draws first blood. This is flat and fuller, around off and middle. Maaz Sadaqat predetermines and looks to ramp it over the keeper, but ends up getting the connection from the toe end of his bat. The ball lobs up and it's an easy catch for Litton Das, standing behind the stumps. Sadaqat was looking really dangerous, but Bangladesh will take a sigh of relief after getting their first breakthrough. The massive 103-run opening stand is broken now. 103/1

| Shamyl Hussain | 6 | 22 | 0 | 0 | 27.27 |
19.3 OUT! TAKEN! Pakistan had a very good start, but after the fall of the first wicket, Bangladesh have got back into the contest. Short of a length from Rana, angling away, just outside off. Shamyl Hussain stays on his back foot and looks to go for a pull, but the ball gets big on him and takes the top edge. The ball balloons toward the deep third region, where Mustafizur Rahman moves a bit to his right, gets low on his knee and takes a safe catch. Pakistan lose their third wicket for 122. 122/3
| Mohammad Rizwan Wk | 44 | 59 | 5 | 0 | 74.57 |
39 OUT! CAUGHT! Pakistan lose both the set batters in quick succession, and once again, the game's momentum is shifting. This is fuller, on middle, angling in. Mohammad Rizwan opens his stance and gets down on one knee to slog sweep it, but miscues the connection and the ball loops toward the deep square leg region. Rishad Hossain is the man who back paddles a bit, gets underneath the skier and takes the catch. Pakistan have slipped from 231/3 to 231/5. 231/5
| Salman Agha | 64 | 62 | 7 | 2 | 103.22 |
38.4 OUT! SALMAN AGHA IS RUN OUT! A huge moment in the game and a controversial one as well. Mehidy Hasan Miraz drops it short and on middle, Mohammad Rizwan punches it down the pitch. Mehidy moves to his right but Salman Agha gets in his way and the ball hits the non-striker's pad and stops. Agha bends down to pick up the ball and give it to the bowler, but before he can do that, Mehidy quickly grabs the ball and throws it at the stumps, with Agha standing out of his crease. There is an appeal for a run out, and even though Agha is not happy about it, the on-field umpire has to go upstairs. The replay shows that the batter is outside his crease and 'OUT' flashes on the big screen. Bangladesh were well within their rights to appeal for this, but the spirit of the game certainly takes a hit here. Salman is fuming, throws his gloves on the ground but he has to walk back here, and the big 109-run stand is broken now. 231/4
| Hussain Talat | 9 | 13 | 1 | 0 | 69.23 |
42.1 OUT! BOWLED' EM! What a peach of a delivery this is from Rishad Hossain. He delivers it fuller, with a bit of flight, pitching on off. Hussain Talat gets down on one knee and looks to slog sweep it, but misses the connection on the inner edge to hit the off pole. 252/6
| Abdul Samad | 11 | 7 | 0 | 1 | 157.14 |
42.3 OUT! ABDUL SAMAD IS RUN OUT! The second wicket for Bangladesh in this over. Rishad Hossain bowls this short and on middle, Abdul Samad moves back and tucks it towards the vacant mid-wicket region. He runs the first one hard and turns around for the second, while Rishad himself chases after the ball. However, Afif Hossain from the deep is lightning fast to get to the ball before Rishad, and seeing that Ashraf sends his partner back, and Samad gets stranded in the middle of the pitch. Afif throws it at the bowler's end, where Mehidy Hasan Miraz is backing up. He grabs the ball and breaks the stumps with Samad nowhere near the crease. Pakistan are 254/7 now. 254/7
| Faheem Ashraf | 14 | 15 | 2 | 0 | 93.33 |
46.5 OUT! CAUGHT! The Fizz strikes back here. He goes much fuller this time, on middle, rolls his fingers to take pace off yet again. Faheem Ashraf stays in his crease and looks to clip it across the line, but closes the bat face early. The ball takes the leading edge and lobs up towards extra cover, where Soumya Sarkar (Sub) takes a dolly. Pakistan are nine down now. 272/9
| Shaheen Afridi C | 3 | 9 | 0 | 0 | 33.33 |
45.5 OUT! TAKEN! Rishad Hossain gets his second now. He dishes out another googly, full and on off, turns it away too. Shaheen Afridi goes down for the slog sweep but only manages to get a top edge due to the spin away. The ball goes miles in the air towards deep mid-wicket, where Afif Hossain moves to his right, settles under the high ball and reverse cups it tumbling backwards. He has been a livewire in the field in this game. Pakistan are 266/8 now. 266/8
| Mohammad Wasim | 1 | 4 | 0 | 0 | 25 |
47.3 OUT! TAKEN! Rishad Hossain wraps things up here. He floats it up, full and around middle. Mohammad Wasim goes down, clears his front leg to slog it over mid-wicket but gets hit high on the bat. He mistimes his shot much straighter and towards long on. Saif Hassan runs forward a bit and takes a fine catch. Pakistan have been bowled out for 274. 274/10

3.1 OUT! CAUGHT! Back-to-back wickets for Pakistan. Fresh off taking the catch, Mohammad Wasim serves this one full and on off. Saif Hassan tries to go over mid off but cannot get under the ball. He ends up hitting it from the bottom half of the bat and does not get the elevation. It flies towards mid off, where Abdul Samad leaps up and takes a good catch above his head. Bangladesh lose both their openers now. 13/2
| Tanzid Hasan | 1 | 7 | 0 | 0 | 14.28 |
3 OUT! TAKEN! Shaheen Afridi strikes early. He goes fuller again, but angles it into the pads of the batter. Tanzid Hasan picks it up and tries to whip it away but gets it from the inside half of the bat. It flies at the rate of knots but straight to the deep fine leg fielder, where Mohammad Wasim takes a sharp reverse cup, tumbling backwards. Afridi is pumped up here and after a fine knock in the first game, Tanzid falls cheaply here. Bangladesh are 12/1, chasing 275 runs. 13/1
| Najmul Hossain Shanto | 2 | 0 | 0 | 0 | |
4.3 OUT! BOWLED'EM! Shaheen Afridi gets his second and Pakistan are all over the hosts here. This on a good length and on middle, jags back in sharply and keeps just a tad low. Najmul Hossain Shanto stays inside the crease and looks to push it away without any footwork. He ends up playing the wrong line, leaving a big gap between bat and pad, and the ball goes through to rattle the stumps. Shanto looks surprised and has a look at the pitch before walking back to the hut. Bangladesh are three down now. 15/3
| Litton Das Wk | 41 | 33 | 4 | 2 | 124.24 |
12.3 OUT! LBW! Huge appeal for LBW, but turned down by the umpire. Pakistan opted to take the review as Maaz Sadaqat looks very interested here. This one is fuller, pitching it outside off and turning in sharply. Litton Das gets down on one knee and attempts to sweep it but fails to connect and it thumps on the front pad. The UltraEdge pops up and shows no bat involvement, but the Ball Tracking shows three reds with the ball hitting the top of the middle stump. The big screen reflects 'OUT,' and the on-field umpire has to revise his decision. That brings an end to a fine 58-run stand. 73/4
| Tawhid Hridoy | 28 | 38 | 2 | 0 | 73.68 |
19.4 OUT! LBW! A confident shout from the bowler for LBW and up goes the finger of the umpire. Tawhid Hridoy takes the review. This is a fuller delivery, pitching it on off and jags back sharply. Tawhid Hridoy prods halfway and attempts to clip it to mid-wicket, but misses and wears on the pad. The UltraEdge detects nothing when the ball passes the inside edge, and the Ball Tracking turns three reds, with the ball hitting middle and leg. The on-field decision stands, and Tawhid Hridoy has to depart. 103/8
| Afif Hossain | 14 | 15 | 2 | 0 | 93.33 |
16.3 OUT! TAKEN! Maaz Sadaqat gets his second wicket, and Bangladesh lose their fifth wicket. Sadaqat delivers it fuller, just outside the off stump. Afif Hossain crouches down on one knee and tries to slog sweep it over mid-wicket region, but ends up getting the connection from the inner half of the bat. The ball flies flat to the right of Salman Agha, who dives and takes a good catch around his knee height. 95/5
| Mehidy Hasan Miraz C | 1 | 5 | 0 | 0 | 20 |
17.2 OUT! CAUGHT! The hopes of Bangladesh chasing the target is slowly fading away. Back of a length, outside off, Mehidy Hasan Miraz rocks back and looks to go for a wild pull, but miscues the shot completely. The ball hits the top edge and balloons toward deep square leg. Mohammad Wasim settles himself underneath the skier and takes a catch, tumbling backward. Bangladesh are 96/6, still needing 147 runs in 88 balls. 96/6
| Rishad Hossain | 2 | 5 | 0 | 0 | 40 |
19 OUT! TIMBER! Maaz Sadaqat has three now. He tosses it up, full and on off, goes with the arm. Rishad Hossain prods forward and plays for the turn away. He leaves a big gap between bat and pad, and the ball goes through that to rattle the stumps behind. Maaz is having an incredible game, contributing with both bat and ball. Bangladesh are seven down now. 101/7
