Puerto Rico's Felix Trinidad finally has a new date for his world middleweight fight against Bernand Hopkins. The fight meant to have been in New York last Saturday was postponed after the terrorist attacks. The authorities have decided to go ahead at the same venue on September 29."I have to keep that same frame of mind that I had prior to the accident last Tuesday in New York City, because if I don't the next man will capitalize and there will be no excuses the day after," said Bernard Hopkin.Meanwhile, one fight that did go ahead despite all the events in America was the world kickboxing championships in London. Three-time champion Morocco's Samir Mohammad was up against the blonde haired Justin Reeks of Wales. The 19-year-old Morcocon, with an all time best of 71 knockouts in 80 fights, was soon stamping his authority over the Welshman. Reeks tried gamely to continue but finally gave up and the Moroccon put on a rollicking celebration in the ring to celebrate his fourth world title.
