Steffi Graff Visits Taj Mahal on Maiden India Trip
Steffi Graff, 45, who has won 22 Grand Slams in an illustrioius career, became one of a host of international tennis stars to visit India in the past week.

German tennis legend Steffi Graff marked her maiden trip to India with a memorable visit to the iconic Taj Mahal in Agra .
Graff, 45, won a staggering 22 Grand Slams in her career and was one of the most popular players on tours across the world. (Also read: When Deepika Padukone paired up with Roger Federer for exhibition match)
Former women's world number one, Graff posed in front of the Taj Mahal and said she has enjoyed the famous Indian hospitality on her maiden trip to the country. (Related: Djokovic vs Federer culminates India-leg of IPTL)
"It's always been a wish of mine to visit India...and finally I'm here! Started my day at sunrise at the stunningly beautiful Taj Mahal, had a chance to watch the artists who inlay marble and see a bit of Agra ," Graff wrote on her Facebook page. "It's been an incredible visit so far - meeting the kind people of India, seeing the sights and enjoying some amazing food!"
Several tennis legends , including Pete Sampras, Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic and Ana Ivanovic flew into India to participate in the International Premier Tennis League and enthralled local fans with their presence on the tennis courts of New Delhi.
Graff is married to tennis legend Andre Agassi, an eight-time Grand Slam winner. Aggasi was also part of the IPTL but at 44, he was a pale shadow of himself, losing in embarrassing fashion to Mark Philippoussis in Singapore.
