Sania Mirza and Martina Hingis continued their brilliant form as the Indo-Swiss pair entered the women's doubles semi-finals of the Wuhan Open here on Thursday. (Sania Mirza dedicates US Open win to the people of India)
The top-seeded duo eased past the fifth-seeded US combine Raquel Kops-Jones and Abigail Spears 6-2, 6-2 in the quarter-final battle.
Sania and Hingis had it relatively easy in the second round against Klaudia Jans-Ignacik and Anastasia Rodionova (6-3, 6-2) after getting a first round bye in the tournament.
The successful pair has been on a high after winning the Wimbledon doubles crown and then the US Open this year.
